Our Claims Department will act quickly on a reported claim and will mobilise our resources to minimize any unnecessary downtime.

To provide a high standard of claim services it is essential to have the resources and co-operation of people who know and understand Mobile Plant & Equipment. It is equally important that the loss adjustor and the repairer working on the claim communicate on a level that is in the interest of all concerned.

UAA has the experience, the resources and industry credibility to ensure that when a claim is made, invariably, the end result is a speedy, cost-efficient repair and a satisfied client.

In the event of a write-off most disputes are over sum insured versus market value. UAA had options in place to assist clients through an agreed value option or our new endorsement Market Value Plus. Please enquire for more information.
