Claims Expertise

In order to provide a high standard of claim services it is essential to have the resources and co-operation of people who know and understand mobile plant and equipment. It is equally important that the loss adjuster and the repairer working on the claim communicate on a level that is in the interests of all concerned.

UAA has the experience, resources and industry credibility to ensure that when a claim is made that the result is a speedy, cost-efficient repair and a satisfied client.

In the event of a total loss, most disputes are over sum insured versus market value. For our ISP product we provide policy options to assist clients to tailor the basis of settlement to their needs. Our unique standard basis of settlement, Market Value Plus, ensures that these disputes are minimised by offering an additional 15 per cent loading if market value is less than 85% of Sum Insured. We also offer an agreed value option subject to a valuation from a accredited or certified valuer for total peace of mind.
